Your story will be handled confidentially by the non-profit service, Patient Opinion, and may appear (without your name) on their website. Patient Opinion asks the Health Service to respond to the feedback you share, but does not reveal your identity.
The way we contact you has changed
Due to a sudden cut in our funding for text messages, we have had to change the way we contact you. We will be sending messages by email or the NHS App (available from the App Store or Google Play), when possible. If you have not yet done so and are able to, please register
